Directions:

For Video reference of this recipe click here.

Step 1: Cut your ribs and put them in a bowl

Step 2: Pour 3/4 of your BBQ sauce onto your ribs and mix it in with your hands.

Step 3: Place your mixed ribs in your Pressure Cooker or in your Slow Cooker.

Step 4: Chop your onion and place in your Pressure Cooker.

Step 5: Add your 1 TBS pf minced garlic.

Step 6: Add 2 cups of Beef Broth and let it slow cook for 7 -8 hours. I check to make sure the meat is tender.

Step 7: If you are using a pressure cooker, I always like to pressure cook it for 10-15 min after slow cooking to make sure the meat falls off the bone when you take a bite.

Step 8: Carefully take the ribs out of the pressure cooker and lay on a baking pan.

Step 9: Spread the left over BBQ sauce on top of the ribs, make sure to evenly coat the ribs.

Step 10: Broil for 5-10 min or until the BBQ sauce looks glazed.

Step 11: Serve with your favorite sides.

Sides:

I always change up my sides when I serve this dish but this time I served it with Mexican corn, Mushroom zucchini, arugula mix, and Mac and Cheese.
