Hey guys! broke down how to I made my costume, and how I did my makeup, I made sure to find links that you could order from and it be here before Halloween. Hope you guys enjoy!

Items you need for Ursula Makeup

Elmers glue Stick:

White Clown Cake

HD Setting Powder

NYX Ultimate eye shadow Palette

Black Liner

Red Matte Lipstick

Ardell Wispies

Duo Eyelash Glue

Water Activated Face Paint

Gel Cosmetic Glitter

NYX Glitter Glue

White hair Spray Paint

Silver WIg

Steps For Makeup:

seal your eye brows with Elmers Glue, wait for it to dry completely then cover up with your white foundation mix.

  1. Base of Face: I mixed white clown makeup with really light foundation, You can have the option to mix it with a little bit of face lotion, or a little bit of light concealer. I do this so it can spread easily throughout my face & skin since we have to make my whole upper half purple, I use a foundation brush and then I press everything in with a sponge.

  2. I set all the white foundation with HD powder and a face brush.

  3. Then I use the mix or purple and pink eyeshadow all over my face to make me purple. I use darker shades for my contour and light shimmery shadows for my highlights.

  4. for my eyes I use a pink shadow for my base, then I used purple for my crease. I used the glitter glue from NYX and had my own purple glitter but the link I gave you an option for already pressed purple glitter.

  5. Finish the eyes with black winged liner and double up with Ardell Wispie lashes glued on with DUO.

  6. Using a thin painting brush recreate your brush using the water activated black face paint. you can also use the option to mix the white and purple face paint to paint your upper half of your body.

  7. For your lips use a bright red lipstick .

  8. Finish the look by using silver hair spray paint or a silver wig.

Ursula Costume

Lace Top

Black A-line Skirt

Crown

Pitch Fork

Craft Shells

Gold Metallic Spray Paint

Black Fabric

2 yards Blue Metallic Fabric

Poly-Fil

Okay for my outfit I used things that I had at home so I linked very similar items that I used and I tried to find items that would come before Halloween.

I used a lace black top and a long black A-line Skirt.

How I made the crown:

I purchased a skeleton looking crown from Wal-mart for $5 I couldn’t find any links so I found one that would work the same way (link above) You want to hot glue gun the Craft Shells (which I also bought from Wal-mart for $5) straight to the crown. Then spray paint them a metallic gold. I linked my favorite metallic spray paint.

How I made the Pitch Fork:

I linked a pitchfork so you can see what it looks like, but I purchased it from Walmart for $2.99. I hot glued the shells to the pitch fork and also sprayed it gold.

How I made my necklace:

From the craft shells I purchased I found a shell that was most similar to Ursula’s necklace. I hot glued it to an old necklace and also spray painted it Gold.

How I made the tentacles:

I bought 2 yards of blue metallic fabric and 2 yards of black shiny fabric, cut out thin straight lines and curved them on the bottom. Sewed the sides together and flipped them inside out, stuffed them with poly fil, and placed a thick jewelry wire inside, so I could curve them in, Safety pinned a corner so it could help keep the tentacle from falling. See Pictures below.

Cut Fabric clearly they don’t need to be perfect but put them on top of each other when cutting so at least they are the same shape when sewing.

Face the fabric towards each other while sewing so when you flip inside out you have the correct colors on the outside.

Flip inside out, stuff with poly fil, insert wire, curve the ends and safety pin to secure in place.

Have Fun!
